WASHINGTON, D.C. — Chemonics is pleased to welcome Valli Perera, Melissa Logan, and Josh Leland to its Board of Directors.

The appointments come as Chemonics continues to diversify its business, grow its family of companies, and pursue new opportunities. They reflect the Board’s focus on aligning its composition with the company’s future needs, including expertise in governance, business transformation, market growth, enterprise operations, financial management, and investment strategy.

Perera is an accomplished corporate director and former Deloitte partner with extensive experience in governance, business transformation, strategic growth, and executive leadership. These additions strengthen the Board at an important moment for Chemonics,” said Jamey Butcher, President and CEO. “As we pursue new opportunities for growth, we need Board perspectives that combine strong governance, business transformation experience, financial stewardship, investment experience, and practical enterprise insight. Valli brings a valuable mix of outside perspective and deep familiarity with Chemonics. Melissa adds an internal perspective tied to the company’s financial management, enterprise operations, client relations, and risk management.
