Kathryn Erskine serves as Chief of Staff, acting as a strategic advisor to senior leadership and supporting the Executive Management Team while working closely with the Board of Directors. She brings extensive experience across human resources, operations, corporate governance, and business development, with a strong track record of advancing strategic initiatives and managing risk in complex environments.
Kathryn recently returned to Chemonics following leadership roles as Vice President of Human Resources at DAI and Chief People and Culture Officer at MSH. A collaborative leader and mentor, she is known for building high-performing teams and partnering effectively with senior executives and boards. Kathryn holds a bachelor’s degree in Spanish and politics from Wake Forest University and a master’s degree in international relations from American University.
