Technical Manager, Injaz Program Mayss Al Zoubi
Mayss Al Zoubi is a youth development capacity building expert with more than 15 years of experience providing training, coaching, and technical assistance to individuals, teams, and organizations across the Middle East. Her experience runs from conducting initial need assessments to designing and delivering courses to youth and adults. Since 2015, as part of Chemonics’ education and youth development work in Syria, Mayss has led the design and delivery of various programs for different clients including the U.S. Department of State Bureau of Near Eastern Affairs and other bilateral and multilateral agencies. Currently, she is leading the Technical Department of Injaz program, which supports stabilization through moderate education in Syria. Earlier in her career, she was a human resources management consultant while volunteering with youth organizations in Syria.
