Director, Education and Youth Dr. Jordene Hale
Dr. Jordene Hale is an education and monitoring and evaluation (M&E) expert with 25 years of experience. Dr. Hale is currently the director of the Education and Youth Practice, focused on cross-project sharing and research. Most recently, she worked in Tajikistan on the Chemonics Read with Me literacy project. Previously, she worked in Ethiopia as a chief of party for an early grade reading program that focused on mother tongue languages, EGRA, M&E, and teacher training. Dr. Hale has prior experience applying M&E tactics to education, diplomacy, and gender equity. She has also worked as a teacher, curriculum designer, and trainer in Africa, Asia, and Latin America and the Caribbean. Dr. Hale has a doctorate from the University of Massachusetts.
