Jennifer Burdett is a development specialist with 18 years of experience designing and managing donor-funded programs in the education and governance sectors. Her areas of expertise include judicial reform, anti-corruption, civil society strengthening ,and government contracting. She has managed large scale and complex programs aimed to improve government accountability and quality services delivery. As a director, Ms. Burdett oversees the Moldova High Value Agriculture Activity and advises on contractual compliance and risk management matters. She holds a bachelor’s degree in international relations from James Madison College at Michigan State University and a J.D. from American University Washington College of Law.
