We are inviting applications from qualified technical experts to join a pool of specialists who will provide advisory and implementation support across key thematic areas. This pool will enable rapid deployment of expertise to meet programme delivery needs.
Areas of Expertise
We seek professionals with proven experience in one or more of the following domains:
- Security Sector Reform:
- Police and military reform,
- DDR (Disarmament, Demobilization, Reintegration)
Scope of Work
Experts may be engaged for:
- Short term technical assessments
- Project design and implementation
- Training and capacity building
- Policy development and advisory services
Eligibility Criteria
Interested individuals or firms should demonstrate:
- Proven expertise in one or more technical areas listed above
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Ability to work in diverse cultural and geographic contexts
- Demonstrated ability to work in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
- Strong understanding of political economy and conflict dynamics
- Regional experience in Yemen
- Arabic language proficiency
- Familiarity with centre-of-government reforms
