Valli Perera is an experienced corporate director and former Deloitte senior partner with deep expertise in governance, strategic growth, business transformation, mergers and acquisitions, and executive leadership. During her 25-year career at Deloitte, she advised leading global organizations and served in senior leadership roles focused on global services and acquisition integration.
Perera has extensive experience helping organizations navigate growth, transformation, and increasingly complex business environments. She currently serves on the boards of Core Natural Resources and Midmark Corporation. Her experience spans corporate governance, enterprise transformation, growth strategy, and operational performance across global organizations.
Perera holds a Master of Science in Taxation from Drexel University and a Master of Science in Journalism from Northwestern University.
