It’s time for donors, policymakers, and country health leaders to act to build the health workforce back better. That means making long-term investments and policies to better train, deploy, equip, protect, and support health workers, especially in low- and middle-income countries with the greatest shortages. Help us tell them how!

For World Health Workers Week, and beyond, we’re partnering with CHW Advocates, Frontline Health Workers Coalition, IntraHealth International, and Last Mile Health to ask health workers and their advocates what they think donors and country health leaders need to do to build the health workforce back better and how investing in health workers will improve lives around the world.
