Using data-driven solutions to improve in-country warehousing and inventory methods, we establish and continuously maintain appropriate inventory strategies for commodities purchased on behalf of USAID for distribution in partner countries. These strategies seek to strike the right balance between cost (including inventory, operating, transportation, and capital deployment) and service (including lead time, stock outs, and on-time deliveries).
