Tetyana (Tanya) Dudka is the chief operating officer, responsible for Chemonics’ global operations including technology, human resources, and data. With over 28 years of experience, Tanya brings a powerful blend of operational strategy, organizational leadership, and cross-functional collaboration. Previously she oversaw Chemonics’ data and AI strategy to leverage digital tools and insights to help Chemonics, and our clients, make smarter decisions and drive impact.
Previously, she served four years as senior vice president for Europe and Eurasia where she oversaw complex programs across Eastern Europe and Eurasia. Tetyana leverages strategic planning, risk management, and emerging technologies to enhance operational efficiency. Before joining Chemonics Tetyana held additional leadership positions in project management, strategic communications, and business information, leveraging her adaptability and capacity to optimize performance at scale.
Tetyana holds a M.S. in computer systems for data processing and management from Kharkiv State Technical University of Radioelectronics in Ukraine.
