Tara Sabre Collier is a global impact investor and climate finance expert with over 20 years of experience. As Director of Impact Investing at Chemonics Europe, she advises governments and DFIs on climate resilience and inclusive growth. Her past roles include the Shell Foundation, World Bank, International Finance Corporation, and Ernst & Young. A Visiting Fellow at Oxford’s Saïd Business School, she serves on several impact investment committees. Tara holds an MBA from Oxford University.
