Sitan Cisse Togo

Sitan Cisse Togo is a social protection and civic engagement leader with over 20 years of experience managing large-scale development programs across Africa. She most recently led a community peacebuilding activity in Mali and previously held leadership roles with Plain International, FHI 360, Oxfam, UNICEF, and WaterAid. Sitan has overseen multimillion-dollar initiatives focused on youth empowerment, gender-based violence prevention, education, and civil society strengthening. She brings deep expertise in conflict-sensitive programming, sub-grants management, and rights-based approaches. Fluent in French and English, she holds a Diploma of Higher Studies in Public Law from Gamal Abdel Nasser University in Guinea.
