Nicole Johnson

Nicole Johnson is a youth development and civic engagement expert with over 15 years of experience designing and leading transformative programs across Africa and Asia. She has overseen youth-focused initiatives in 14 countries, including nine years in Cambodia, where she led national partnerships and scaled innovative projects like One Goal. Nicole has directed multidisciplinary teams of up to 200 staff, launched gender and social inclusion initiatives, and managed multimillion-dollar programs across sectors including education, livelihoods, and public health.  She holds an M.A. in Youth and Education Studies from King’s College London and a B.A. in Urban Studies from Nyack College.
