Martha Van Camp

Chief of staff Martha Van Camp has 20 years of experience in global development, strategy, and operations. Prior to assuming this role, Martha spent seven years at Dexis Consulting Group in senior management and executive roles, growing and overseeing a global portfolio, while also supporting the development of field operations for the company in stabilization and conflict mitigation, agriculture, and monitoring and evaluation. Prior to that she spent more than a decade at Chemonics in roles spanning operations leadership, project management, and technical leadership in both Washington, D.C. and project office-based roles. She has supported worldwide programming in Europe and Eurasia, West Africa and Haiti, and East Africa. 

Martha holds a bachelor’s degree from American University. She was a Peace Corps volunteer in the Kyrgyz Republic.
