Heather Joffe is a seasoned international development professional with over 20 years of experience advancing women’s financial inclusion and economic empowerment. She has led large-scale U.S. government-funded programs in Latin America and designed grant funds to stimulate and scale private investment, reaching hundreds of thousands of rural women. Across Bolivia, Colombia, and Peru, she has advised on inclusive finance and entrepreneurship.
