
Barbara Rossmiller is a social impact and water governance expert skilled at quickly understanding a community’s key needs and opportunities, and identifying ways to maximize impact in a range of different countries, sectors, contexts and organizations. As a leader of corporate technical teams and foreign assistance programs, she has extensive experience effectively convening key stakeholders from government, civil society, and the private sector for strategic planning, policy development, and implementation of local and national development programs. Barbara served as the project director for multi-year programs to strengthen water and sanitation services, governance, sustainability, community development, resilience and economic growth and as the technical practice director leading teams to manage large international portfolios in water, climate, sustainable cities, and environmental conservation. As a consulting professional, she has a strong understanding of how to manage multidisciplinary and multicultural teams to leverage everyone’s unique contributions towards shared objectives. Barbara earned her MBA from Duke University.
