Anna Slother is the President of Professional Services, Humanitarian Assistance and Development. In this role, she is responsible for overseeing Chemonics’ business lines that deliver professional services for clients around the world, including Chemonics US, Chemonics Europe, and Connexi, which advances efficient and resilient supply chains. She also oversees Chemonics’ strategy and approach to catalyze growth in new and adjacent markets. Anna has a proven track record of leading high-performing teams, cultivating a culture of excellence, and implementing innovative solutions that streamline operations, improve performance, and achieve impact globally.
Anna joined Chemonics in 1998 and the leadership team in 2011. Before becoming President of Professional Services, Anna served as chief operating officer and as President of U.S. government programs and operations across more than 100 countries. From 2019 to 2023, she served as executive vice president, managing a global portfolio focused on project delivery, operations, and business growth. From 2011 to 2019, Anna held a variety of executive roles, including portfolios for Supply Chain Solutions, Human Resources, and Central and Eastern Europe. In addition, Anna has extensive experience leading crisis response teams, having supported efforts related to Ukraine, Afghanistan, Sudan, and COVID-19.
Anna holds a B.A. in political science and Asian studies from Beloit College.
