We provide advisory services for systems strengthening and business process reengineering.

Chemonics advises governments on ways to strengthen internal systems and processes to enhance user-centered performance and service delivery. We offer consulting services to develop strategic, action, and annual plans, as well as budgets – often beginning with baseline assessments to evaluate current conditions and identify areas for improvement. We work with all levels of government from national to municipal, and in all branches of government from improving parliamentary processes to advising on more efficient court administration.

Modernizing Jordan’s Public Sector Workforce

To help Jordan meet its Vision 2025 goals, Chemonics partnered with the Government of Jordan to modernize the country’s public sector.
