Director, Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning Zoltan Milic
Zoltan Milic is an experienced economist with over 17 years of experience in monitoring and evaluation, data and complex systems modeling and analyses, change management, and internal auditing. Mr. Milic has managed and developed complex programs, including managing anti-terrorism assistance programs worth over $100 million. He currently serves the dual role of departmental director and the monitoring and impact evaluation manager for the joint USAID-NASA SERVIR initiative. SERVIR works across several regions to improve awareness, increase access to information, and support analysis to overcome challenges related to food security, water resources, land use change, and natural disasters. Mr. Milic holds a bachelor’s degree in international trade and finance and a master’s degree in public administration and information systems from Louisiana State University.
