Director, Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning, USG Business Line Zoltan Milic
Zoltan Milic is an experienced economist with over 17 years of experience in monitoring and evaluation, data and complex systems modeling and analyses, change management, and internal auditing. Mr. Milic is currently the director of Monitoring and Evaluation, for Chemonics’ US Government Business Line. In his prior role, he served as the monitoring and impact evaluation manager for the joint USAID-NASA SERVIR initiative on improving awareness, increasing access to information, and supporting analyses to overcome challenges related to food security, water resources, land use change, and natural disasters. He has managed and developed complex programs, including managing anti-terrorism assistance programs worth over $100 million Mr. Milic holds a bachelor’s degree in international trade and finance and a master’s degree in public administration and information systems from Louisiana State University.
