Manager, Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning Zoltan Milic
Zoltan Milic is an experienced, trans-disciplinary economist and evaluator with more than 17 years of experience in monitoring and evaluation, data analysis, complex systems analyses and dynamic modeling, change management, and internal audit. Mr. Milic has managed and helped develop complex programs and budgets, including managing a budget of more than $100 million for anti-terrorism assistance programs. He currently serves the dual role of departmental manager and monitoring and impact evaluation manager for the joint USAID-NASA SERVIR initiative. SERVIR works across several regions to improve awareness, increase access to information, and support analysis to overcome challenges related to food security, water resources, land use change, and natural disasters. Mr. Milic holds a bachelor’s degree in international trade and finance and a master’s degree in public administration and information systems from Louisiana State University.
