Contributor Nagesh Borse

Nagesh Borse has more than 15 years of experience conducting research in more than 19 countries in sub-Saharan Africa and Asia. He was acting director for the HIV/AIDS task order on GHSC-PSM, charged with managing the global health supply-chain that delivers lifesaving HIV/AIDS, malaria, family planning, and maternal and child health commodities to more than 60 countries. Previously, Nagesh served under PEPFAR as senior technical advisor at USAID and senior health scientist at Centers for Disease Control and Prevention; he was responsible for leading new product introduction activities, global HIV/AIDS prevention for adolescent girls and young women, and health systems research. Nagesh holds an MS in epidemiology from Michigan State University and a PhD in international health from Johns Hopkins University.
