Deputy Chief of Party Kreshnik Kurtishi

Kreshnik Kurtishi is a commercial law expert with nearly 15 years of experience supporting the Kosovo government to develop a sustainable legal and regulatory environment that fosters private sector lead economic growth. He is currently the deputy chief of party on the USAID Partnerships for Development Project. His expertise includes legal reform, public administration reform, policy development, institutional capacity building and Public Private Partnerships. Since joining Chemonics in 2014, he worked and later led the Business Enabling Environment Component of the USAID Partnerships for Development project. Mr. Kurtishi was previously a PPP Legal Adviser on a USAID Project in Kosovo supporting the development of PPP’s in the provision of public services and infrastructure. Mr. Kurtishi studied law in Kosovo.
