Chief of Party, Honduras Quality Reading Materials Activity Juan Felipe Sanchez Franco
Juan Felipe Sanchez Franco is a specialist in teaching and learning materials supply chain management with 30 years of experience supporting youth-focused national public policies in countries all across Latin America, Yemen, Burkina Faso and the Philippines. Currently, Mr. Sanchez Franco serves as the chief of party for the Honduras Quality Reading Materials Activity. Prior to joining Chemonics, Mr. Sanchez Franco was the Director of United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in Jerusalem and the West Bank serving Palestine refugees, and he also worked in several programs with a focus on basic education, health, child protection, improving municipal and local governance, and basic services delivery in support of children and youth development. Mr. Sanchez Franco holds a B.A. degree in social sciences from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, Israel, and an M.S. degree in urban and regional planning from the London School of Economics.
