Zambia Country Director, GHSC-PSM Jennifer Chavez
Jennifer Chavez brings more than 15 years of experience leading public health programs in low resource countries. She joined GHSC-PSM Zambia after serving for five years as the deputy country director on USAID’s DELIVER and SCMS projects. Prior to working in Zambia, Ms. Chavez served as the director of technical coordination for Kenya Pharma, a USAID/PEPFAR-funded supply chain project focused on the provision of HIV commodities. She began her career as a Peace Corps volunteer in Cameroon focused on HIV prevention and treatment, water, sanitation, and health systems strengthening. Ms. Chavez holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree from Northwestern University and an MPH from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine.
