Jay Heavner has worked in strategic engagement, communications, and business development for more than 25 years for a range of organizations and technical areas, including public health supply chain management, international development, and the banning of landmines. His specialties include program design and start-up, event management and facilitation, strategic communications, strategic planning, program management, and effective cross-cultural collaboration. Mr. Heavner received a B.A. in architecture from Virginia Tech University.
