Director Erin Owens

Erin Owens is an international development and public health specialist with eight years of experience implementing donor-funded programs in Botswana, Namibia, South Africa, Kenya, Mozambique, Jordan, and Afghanistan. She currently serves dual roles on the USAID-funded Human Resources for Health in 2030 program as Component 2 lead and the director on the Jordan field buy-in. Since joining Chemonics in 2010, Ms. Owens has managed several USAID-funded projects from Washington, D.C., and around the world, including projects addressing health systems strengthening, environmental health, and water, sanitation, and hygiene. She holds an M.P.H. from the George Washington University, and a B.A. in international studies from the American University.
