Director David Dyer
David Dyer is the former chief of party for the USAID funded Sri Lanka Supporting Opportunities for Livelihoods Development (SOLID) Pilot Activity. Dr. Dyer has more than 20 years of experience leading multifaceted agriculture projects and organizations, including more than 10 years overseeing USAID-funded projects in South and East Asia. His expertise includes integrating food security and using the facilitative value chain approach to enhance agricultural productivity, market linkages, local institutional capacity and human capital, small- and medium-sized enterprise (SME) access to finance, and household-level livelihoods. Dr. Dyer has a Ph.D. in economics from The American University.
