Senior Advisor, Knowledge Management Barbara Fillip

Dr. Barbara Fillip is a senior knowledge management and organizational learning practitioner with more than 20 years of experience designing and implementing activities in support of individual, team, project and organization-wide learning. Barbara earned her Ph.D. in international affairs and started her career working in international development, providing monitoring and evaluation services to organizations supporting international development projects, including. In 2008, she moved from international development to aerospace to focus more on knowledge management and organizational learning. She spent almost 10 years working at the NASA Goddard Space Flight Center, supporting project-based and portfolio knowledge management. Barbara returned to consulting and international development in 2017 and currently serves as Chemonics’ Senior Advisor for Knowledge Management in the Innovation, Knowledge and Outreach Department.
