Director Anne Boyle

Anne Boyle has 15 years of experience managing USAID-funded technical assistance projects. She has been working in public health for the past five years while focusing on health system strengthening and Tuberculosis. Ms. Boyle also has expertise in project management, proposal development, contract compliance, and financial analysis. She began her career as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Ukraine and joined Chemonics in 2006. Ms. Boyle has served as deputy chief of party and later as home-office director on USAID’s Strengthening Tuberculosis Control in Ukraine project. She is currently a director in the Global Health Division and manages USAID’s Advancing Universal Health Coverage in Bangladesh Activity. Ms. Boyle has an M.Phil. in peace studies from Trinity College Dublin and a B.A. in international relations from The College of William and Mary.
