One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services Plus

About OASIS+

One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services Plus (OASIS +) is a suite of government-wide, multi-award contracts designed to support federal agencies’ procurement requirements for services-based solutions. This suite of services contracts is available for use by agencies throughout the U.S. federal government that hold a Delegation of Procurement Authority, or DPA. OASIS+ is a powerful procurement mechanism for federal agencies to access high-quality expertise through a consolidated and streamlined central procurement mechanism that promotes cost-efficiency for U.S. taxpayers.

  • Providing a single solution for complex requirements.
  • Supporting multiple technical disciplines and mission spaces.
  • Supporting commercial and non-commercial acquisition.
  • Supporting all contract types, including hybrids and cost-reimbursement, at the task order level.
  • Allowing ancillary support components, commonly referred to as other direct costs (ODCs) at the task order level.
  • Allowing performance in CONUS and/or OCONUS locations.
  • Using FAR 15, Contracting by Negotiation, for solicitation procedures at Master Contract Level.
