We have four position levels — associate, manager, director, and senior vice president — that represent levels of management and leadership, technical support, new business, and corporate operations. We encourage flexibility and versatility in our work and our staff. Abilities and responsibilities often overlap so that we can offer the best service to our clients.
Our employees determine their career paths, and all roads can lead to success. An associate working in a region responsible for backstopping projects and new business may become a manager of one of our technical practices and facilitate links among project staff, new business teams, and practice members. That same employee may later become a director of operations for an entire region, coordinating the work of home-office project management teams with staff in the field.
