Chemonics seeks an HR Analyst who will be responsible for managing HR operations and ensuring compliance with Saudi labor laws and regulations through various government HR platforms. The analyst will oversee day-to-day HR processes, employee records, and compliance reporting, ensuring alignment with company policies and legal requirements. In addition, the HR analyst will be responsible for some office administration, as needed and directed. The position will be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Responsibilities include:
- HR Operations and Compliance Management:
- Oversee HR operations to ensure full compliance with company policies and Saudi labor laws
- Manage all government websites related to HR systems including HRSD (Human Resources and Social Development), GOSI (General Organization for Social Insurance), Qiwa, Mudad, and Muqeem platforms
- Monitor and maintain employee records, work permits, and visa requirements through the appropriate government portals
- Ensure timely submission of required reports and documentation to government HR authorities
- Develop and maintain HR documents, including organizational charts, policies and procedures, salary scale, job descriptions, forms, and templates
- Stay updated on changes in Saudi labor laws and HR regulations to ensure ongoing compliance
- Employee Support and Administration:
- Support recruitment processes, onboarding, and contract management in compliance with Saudi regulations
- Provide guidance to staff on HR policies, benefits, and compliance-related matters
- Maintain accurate HR databases and prepare regular reports for management
- Operations Responsibilities:
- Support office administration tasks such as procurement, vendor coordination, and facility management
- Assist in planning and executing events, meetings, and travel logistics
Qualifications:
- Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in HR operations, HR compliance, or a similar role in Saudi Arabia
- Strong familiarity with Saudi government HR platforms (HRSD, GOSI, Qiwa, Mudad, Muqeem) is required
- In-depth knowledge of Saudi labor laws and HR compliance requirements
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage employee records and compliance documentation
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and coordination skills
- Demonstrated leadership, versatility, and integrity
- Fluency in Arabic (written and spoken) is required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience working with international companies or consulting firms is an advantage
