Crisis Communications Manager – Yemen Flexible Funding Mechanism

The ISF Yemen Flexible Funding Mechanism (YFFM) is a UK-government funded programme that seeks to promote UK strategy on Yemen and enable the UK and other donor partners to support a range of project activities that strengthen the conditions for peace and stability in Yemen and the wider region.

Chemonics UK leads the Yemen Support Facility (YSF), a UK government-funded programme that, in collaboration with partners, identifies and invests in initiatives that protect civilians, foster political dialogue, and support long-term stability in Yemen.

YFFM builds on this foundation, combining a second phase of YSF with a new Technical Assistance Flexible Fund for Yemen (TAFFY) to advance sustainable conflict resolution and peacebuilding efforts.

TAFFY’s primary recipients will be the Government of Yemen, while YSF will support actors involved in sub-national and local stabilisation, peacebuilding, and governance activities. Wider beneficiaries will include local communities in Yemen, engaging both with political actors and structures, and with community-level processes aimed at promoting the Peace Process roadmap.
