Katherine (Kate) Woods is a humanitarian assistance and supply chain expert with more than 25 years of experience managing U.S. government-funded programs across Africa and the Caribbean. A former Peace Corps Volunteer, Kate has led crisis recovery efforts in Haiti, supported presidential elections in Côte d’Ivoire, oversaw international food security monitoring programs, and directed multi-country technical assistance for public health logistics. She is known for building high-performing teams and aligning government counterparts with complex donor objectives. Kate has overseen programs exceeding $200M, including global health supply chain programming, and brings deep experience in stabilization, governance, and health system strengthening. Kate is fluent in French and holds a B.S. from Cornell University.
