    Kim ShelsbyKim Shelsby is a trade and market development specialist with more than 20 years of experience improving the efficiency of government systems, identifying and implementing market strategies, and leading development projects. Mr. Shelsby currently serves as Deputy Program Director on the Egypt Competitiveness Project. He formerly oversaw private sector development projects in Haiti and Nigeria. Previously, as deputy chief of party for the Zambia Threshold Project, he and his team cut the time required to start a business from 35 days to 10 days and reduced the time required for importing and exporting by 50 percent. A former management consultant with Ernst & Young, Mr. Shelsby also worked to increase competitiveness of small and medium-sized enterprises in Azerbaijan. Mr. Shelsby holds a B.A. in geography, an M.A. in applied cultural anthropology from the University of Maryland, and an M.B.A. from the Thunderbird School of Global Management. Read more

    Ellen Eiseman​​Ellen Eiseman is a capacity building, organizational development and training specialist with more than 30 years of technical and supervisory experience in public health projects worldwide, focusing on strategic planning, capacity building and training, team management, hospital, health center, and NGO management. As a home-office director, Ms. Eiseman oversees the Peru Quality Healthcare Project which is working to consolidate operations in all levels of the Peruvian health-care system in order to increase technical procedures, practices, and supervisory systems, leading to improved delivery of effective, quality health services. Prior to managing the quality healthcare project, she was chief of party on the Mozambique Strengthening the Ministry of Health project and director of the Population, Health, and Nutrition Technical Assistance Support contract. Prior to her positions with Chemonics, Ms. Eiseman worked with Pathfinder International, EngenderHealth, and Management Sciences for Health on projects throughout Ecuador, Peru, and Brazil working to improve healthcare management, provide effective public health-related trainings, and develop institutional strengthening programs. She holds an M.S.O.D in organizational development from American University, an M.P.H. in health education from the University of California Los Angeles, and a B.A. in Hispanic Civilizations from the University of California Santa Barbara.
