Mr. Pelliccia leads Chemonics activities in South America. He came to the company in 2004 as director of business development for the Latin America and Caribbean region and went on to become chief of party for a $20-million forestry project in Colombia. Mr. Pelliccia has served with USAID and as a leader of other field projects in technical areas as varied as environmental policy, alternative development, and economic growth and competitiveness.
