Mr. Scott leads Chemonics’ Middle East division. Mr. Scott joined Chemonics in 2006 and previously served as the chief of party of USAID's successful Palestinian Authority Capacity Enhancement project in West Bank/Gaza. Before his posting in West Bank, he served as senior vice president of the firm’s Project Development and Support division. Prior to Chemonics, Mr. Scott was a technical team leader for USAID in Jordan and served as chief of party for Russia, Belarus, and the Central Asia Republics for the American Bar Association Central European and Eurasian Law Initiative. Trained as an attorney, Mr. Scott began his career as a criminal trial lawyer for the state of Florida and established his own law firm before moving into development.
