Our Standards of Business Conduct

Chemonics’ work in international development is rich with promise and idealism.
Our work also involves practical decision making that may pose challenges to
our business integrity. Our standards of business conduct represent a tool to
help us resolve these challenges.
Our standards describe 10 fundamental principles of business conduct at
Chemonics. Within each principle, we explain the standards of professionalism
and integrity we all must follow. The standards apply to all employees
worldwide, to our board of directors, to consultants, authorized
representatives, and all others acting on the company’s behalf.
Along with the 10 principles, our standards of business conduct include a
process for sound decision making and additional resources.
